Ian leads the Finance & Accounting Practice at Parker & Masters and is one of the founding Partners in the business. Having spent multiple years within the Insurance space, Ian's experience naturally led him to the Financial Recruitment industry where he has extensive experience placing professional's into top Global Alternative Investments Funds and Investment Banks across London, Europe and the US.

His specialisation rests across retained, mid to senior levels and spans a broad range of subverticals that fit within the Finance & Accounting world including Fund Managers, Fund Controllers, Finance Directors, CFO’s and Senior Tax Professionals. Having successfully navigated and worked across the UK market, Ian diversified his coverage by incorporating the broader EMEA and US markets into his work, and has successfully placed into each of these geographies.

In Ian's personal life, he is fanatical about anything sport related and you will often find him in the sun, barbecuing before kick off.
